Item not suitable/change of mind
If you feel your product is not suitable you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange. All returns must be made within 14 days of you receiving them. You will be fully responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us if you have changed your mind about your purchase or if the product is not suitable. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Please not that the item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging and have all tags and labels fully intact and be fully fit for resale.
Faulty or Damaged goods
All care and attention is taken into presenting and packaging your product so it will arrive to you safe and happy! Each item is fully inspected before ever being sent to out customers.
In the event that your order arrives to you in a faulty or damage state we will be more than happy to offer you a refund/exchange. This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
All returns must be made within 14 days of you receiving them. We will refund you the cost of sending the item back to us once the item is received (Standard Post)
Again, please note that any item returned to us must be unused, unworn, in original packaging and have all tags and labels fully intact and be fully fit for resale.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid.
On receiving the order, if you still are certain you do not wish to keep your product then you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the product back to us. Again please note that if you have changed your mind you are fully responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us if you have changed your mind about your purchase or if the product is not suitable. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which may be issued once your order reaches your country. We are not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office.
